For makers, coaches and consultants

You are good at the thing. Nobody can buy it.

Bakers, crafters, coaches, consultants, anyone selling their own expertise from home. The work is not the problem — the problem is that a stranger who would happily pay you has no way to find you, no way to buy, and no reason to come back. We build that machinery. And we tell you first if it is not what you actually need.

What is actually missing

Someone would have bought from you this month and never found out you existed.

Everything lives on a social account you do not own and cannot export

People ask "how do I order?" and the answer is a conversation in the messages

No list. Every sale starts from zero instead of from someone who already knows you

Prices, stock and what you actually offer live in your head

Before we sell you anything

We will tell you if a website is not your problem.

There are only four reasons someone good at their craft is not selling enough of it, and a website only fixes two. Finding out which one you have is the first thing we do, and it costs $750.

What is actually wrongHow we can tellWhat fixes it
OneNobody finds you. No audience anywhere you own, and a following that lives on someone else's platformA site you own and a list you can email
TwoThey find you and cannot buy. No catalogue, no checkout, every order is a conversationA catalogue and a way to pay
ThreeYour prices are too low. Busy and still not making money at the end of the monthPricing. Not a website.
FourYou want it to stay small. Other income, doing this because you love itNothing. We will say so.
What you get for $750
A number to beat

What you sold last quarter, what you charge, where your last ten customers actually came from, and how many people you can reach directly today. Written down before anything is built.

Why we take the baseline first
If we build you a shop and sales pick up, neither of us can say what caused it. Measuring first is the only way you ever find out whether this was worth the money.

What it costs

Paid up front. Nothing above two thousand dollars.

Growth
$1,950
get found and get paid · $1,200 after the credit
  • Everything in Foundation
  • A catalogue of what you sell, that you can edit yourself
  • Checkout, so people can pay you without asking how
  • Memberships or repeat orders if that is how you sell
  • A newsletter set up and ready, on a platform you own
  • Your first send drafted with you, not handed over blank

Optional after launch: $149/month to keep the list growing, the catalogue current, and a one-page scoreboard landing in your inbox. The first 90 days are included in the build, because that is how long it takes to prove whether any of this worked. Month to month after that.

Need a logo? $450 if you have none, $250 if you already do and just need it sized for everywhere it has to go. We do not do custom logo design — we will tell you who does.

Two things most of these packages get wrong

Built so you stay on the right side of the rules.

Every marketing email has to carry a real postal address. That is federal law, not a preference, and it applies from your very first send. If you work from home and would rather not publish where you live, there are proper answers — a mailbox service or a registered agent address. We sort that out before your list goes live, not after.

We ask every customer for a review, not just the happy ones. Filtering unhappy customers into a private form is what a lot of review tools quietly do. It breaks the FTC's rule on reviews and the platforms' own policies, and it can get your listing suspended — which costs you more than a bad review ever will.

Find out which problem you actually have.

Seven hundred and fifty dollars, and you will know whether a shop is worth building or whether something cheaper fixes it. The full amount comes off a build if you go ahead.
