How working with us actually goes.

Three steps, in order. You never commit to a big build on faith. You start with a cheap, honest look at where your time and money are going, and only build what the numbers justify.

1

Audit

$750 · 5 business days

A documented look at your last 30 days. We map your workflows, inventory the pain, and score every fix by hours saved and revenue gained. You get a plan and a walkthrough call. The $750 credits toward a build if you move forward within 30 days.

2

Implement

$4,500 / $8,000 / $12,000

We architect, build, and hand over one to four automations running on your existing tools. Every build includes a knowledge base, a dashboard, a training video, and the documented quality control behind every number we report.

3

Manage

From $750 / month · optional

Ongoing monitoring and tuning once the system is live, plus a small new automation each quarter on the higher tiers. Month to month with a short minimum. Cancel when you want.

A few rules we hold ourselves to

1

We build on tools you already pay for. No new software over $50 a month without your sign-off.

2

If a fix is quick freelancer work, we tell you, and we do not dress it up as a project.

3

A person checks every number against the source before it reaches you.

4

Every recommendation names its downside. You hear the trade-off, not just the upside.

Questions we get before the first call

Do I have to switch software?

No. We build on the tools you already use. If a fix needs something new, it is small and cheap, and we get your approval first.

Is my data safe?

We only look at what the work needs, we never use it for another client, and you own everything we produce. The full detail is on our data handling page.

What if it does not work?

Scope is written before we start, and you sign off on the finished system before the final payment. Our liability is capped in writing, so you always know where you stand.

What is the AI actually doing?

It reads your data and drafts the build far faster than a person could. Then one of us checks the accuracy and owns it. Fast machine, responsible human.
